Friday will start with a 3 hour open level workshop with P&K this way all dance levels have an opportunity to experience the magic. Then we will move into the social and dance the night away.
Saturday we will begin our morning with a 3 hour rejuvenating Wimhoff Method workshop with certified instructor Nick Fox. Which will end in a cold plunge! Haven’t heard of the Wimhoff Method? Please look it up it’s fascinating! This workshop will be an optional add-on, we hope you join us! Why are we doing this? 1) Bc Paloma wants to and we don't say no to her 2) Kuna is curious to know how it will affect our dancing and we don't say no to him either. More info to follow.
🩷 Bootcamp with Sarah Zaccaro
Saturday only. This is a 4 hour bootcamp that will be geared towards beginner-intermediate. If you have been dancing Zouk less than a year or so or maybe haven’t been able to take classes regularly, this would be a great option for you! The bootcamp will cover basics from footwork to sprinkles of head movement. More details coming. No prerequisite needed.
 Advance training with P&K
Sat & Sun will consist of 4 hours each day of guided training and lab. This will be a high level structured class. We will explore footwork, speed dynamics, turns, head movement,and the affects of speed dynamics within head movement.
Prerequisites for adv training: knowledge in Zouk body mechanics, all basic patterns as well as complex patterns including head movement. Recommended at least 2 years of consistent zouk classes.

We are trying to find a balance of enough social dancing, learning, and rest so our schedule may look a little different than other weekenders.
