We're thrilled to announce Lydia's debut workshop in Minneapolis! This queen has quickly become one of the best Zouk dancers in the scene and she can't wait to share her practices with our community...

In this 2 hour workshop we'll focus on:

Body mechanics and movement in Zouk

Important stretches, drills and conditioning exercises that will improve your body awareness and elevate your social dancing

Zouk footwork

Partners not required. Open to leads and follows. Requirements: you should have knowledge of the basic steps.
