DESCRIPTION:To teach zouk is an amazing and very challenging experience. Yo
 u meet in the class very different dancers and you try to figure out the b
 est way to make them enjoy the dance that you love. Learning from the expe
 rience makes you develop your teaching skills. And wouldn’t it be amazin
 g\, if you could learn too from the experience of others?\nThis is exactly
  what we offer to you during this weekend. I\, Fernando\, was teaching in 
 Bremen the last 13 years and the last 4 together with Olga. Now we have ou
 r own dance school in the heart of the city\, our own system (the Zouk Ato
 ms) and give 13 regular classes every week. We have collected in the last 
 years a lot of experience giving regular classes that we want to give to y
 ou in a structured way.\n \n=== PROGRAMM ===\nThe weekend will focus on t
 wo points:\n- TEACHING PRINCIPLES: It doesn’t matter which kind of coupl
 e dance you are teaching\, you are in front of human beings and you want t
 o teach them how to move together in a comfortable way. You need to manage
  the group\, to organize the space of the class\, to know how to play with
  the time and with the attention of the students\, to create good progress
 ions for your exercises. And this not only for one class but for different
  courses that can take several months. We will give to you tools to lead s
 uccessful your classes.\n- HOW TO TEACH BEGINNERS: To teach beginners it
 ’s not only about to give them a bunch of basics. Beginners is one of th
 e most complex classes. We will give you strategies to deal with proper we
 ight transfer\, learning ways to teach the zouk rhythm\, organize the basi
 cs in the way that fits best to you and to your group\, give you exercises
  (for the warming up too) that help students to develop their skills. And 
 of course we will go through the basics and show you the way how we teach 
 them in our classes.\nWe have helped dancers to go from beginner to advanc
 ed for years and we would love to help you do the same!\n \n=== SCHEDULE
