A dance formed in the 1950's from the rhythms of Mambo and Son this beautiful dance allows more sensual body movement and emphasis on timing. This will definitely compliment Mambo dancing styles as well as any Salsa style too. Its a slowed up Mambo that you can definitely appreciate the rhythms that much more!

Pre-requisite : We definitely recommend previous salsa dancing experience before joining this class but if you have some music and/or dance background you can definitely take a chance at this class as well. A true beginner to music and dance may be to frustrated by this class so we don't recommend this as a first class.
