José & Reneé's style of teaching is focused on technique, body awareness, & exploring creativity. They teach drills & exercises (tools) that students can "take home with them," as well as practice in class. Their focus on body awareness, movement, & control helps students "feel" & connect with themselves, the music, & their partner. They also encourage students to find their own style & confidence through creative play.

Their goal is to provide opportunities in a safe space where people can connect with one another through dance. They offer "pop up" style classes, workshops, & socials, as well as private lessons.
